His role in IMMPACT is to provide general oversight and direction on the initiative. Patrick also chairs the Advisory Group. This includes recruitment of infrastructure partners and direct frontline organisations; co-ordination of learning programmes; training and development activities and overall project management. In delivering on the initiative’s aims and objectives he is also responsible for measuring the intended outcomes of IMMPACT. In addition, Seamus oversees the financial and budgetary management including all associated costs and expenditure incurred. Her role on IMMPACT is to provide the Project Manager with updated expenditure and analysis reports and in turn to provide the core funder (DSD) with quarterly returns and claims documentation. |
